Strategy Director Mot Do accompanies the "Safe Destination Initiative" program.

Expert Mot Do is currently the Strategy and Training Director at Ong Vang Marketing & Training Company in Binh Thuan. Here, he shares his knowledge and experience to help resorts and hotels in Bình Thuận develop effective marketing strategies, attract customers, and increase revenue. With a passion for contributing to the tourism industry, he has accompanied the "Safe Destination Initiative" program in the role of an expert.

Expert Mot Do initially studied physics at Da Lat University, and after graduation, he shifted his focus to Business Administration at the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. He also pursued the Leadership Development Program in a New Vision at the Australian National University (ANU) and PACE Business School, and worked in the Market Research Department at the Coca-Cola – Chương Dương Joint Venture Company in Vietnam.

In 2000, he began his entrepreneurial journey by founding and managing the Chi Công Training School in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan. The school focused on training in IT, English, and skills development, contributing to providing high-quality human resources for the local labor market. Moreover, from 2011 to 2013, he also trained and mentored students in entrepreneurship, marketing, and soft skills programs in Binh Thuan.

In 2015, he continued his success by founding Gieng Xo Farm, an "Agricultural Experience" model. The farm not only attracts visitors but also provides educational value to the community about sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.

Currently, in addition to advising on communication, customer attraction, and revenue growth for tourism businesses in Bình Thuận, he also serves as the Head of the Communication and Events Department of the Binh Thuan Tourism Association.
